BBPD units responded to the area of 3400 N Seacrest Blvd on a report of possible shots fired. Units checked the area; no evidence supporting the complaint was located.
19-070879 Burglary Auto 373 N. Congress Avenue 2258 hours
The victim’s vehicle was left unsecured while parked in the parking lot. While the victim was inside the store unknown individuals took a wallet and keys left inside the vehicle.
19-070709 Burglary (Auto) 2001 W Ocean Drive (Holiday Inn) 0645hrs
The complainant advised that during the overnight hours unknown suspect(s) burglarized his GMC Sierra (GA-tag QFG3366). The suspect(s) entered the vehicle via a smashed front passenger window ($400). The interior appeared to have been ransacked however no items were missing.
19-070727 Burglary (Business) 801 N. Congress Ave (Subway) 0859hrs
The manager advised that during the overnight hours an unknown suspect entered the business and removed items from the walk-in cooler. Mall security was alerted about the incident.
19-070747 Burglary (Fenced Compound) 415 NE 6th Ave (Gardens Towing) 1022hrs
The complainant advised that an unknown subject entered the fenced compound and removed and unknown item from a vehicle. The surveillance footage showed a white male climb the fence at 0839hrs and enter a blue Hyundai (FL-tag IN63YB). The vehicle had been towed by FHP in reference to a traffic crash. Ongoing investigation.
19-070617 Burglary to Auto 200 Via Lugano Cir 1800 hours
Victim noticed several items missing from his vehicle (Silver Toyt Solera 2004). The vehicle was left parked in front of his apartment building. Items missing from the vehicle included a SCCY Model CPX2CB Caliber 9mm with holster, a GPS phone charger and cash. The victim checked his GPS tracking and believes the theft had occurred on 11/19/2019. No signs of forced entry.

19-070675 Burglary Auto 1401 N Congress Avenue 2359 hours
BBPD units located (4) burglarized vehicles in the area of 1401 N. Congress Avenue. All of the vehicles had their window broken out allowing entry. All vehicles were parked 100-200 yards from one another.

Six to seven shot were reported. BBPD units the area; no evidence of a shooting was located.

BBPD units responded to a vehicle crash with injuries (Vehicle vs Bicyclist). BBFR determined the bicyclist was a trauma alert and transported him to Delray Medical Center.
19-070273 Burglary (Attempt) 2301 S. Congress Ave 0816hrs
The complainant advised that during the overnight hours unknown suspect(s) attempted to burglarize a maintenance room located at the Whaler’s Cove clubhouse. The suspect(s) were unable to gain entry however; approximately $1,000 worth of damage was done to the door.
19-070318 Robbery 801 N. Congress Ave (JC Penny) 1147hrs
Loss Prevention advised that while attempting to apprehend two black females for shoplifting, one of the LPO’s was pepper sprayed in the face. The LPO explained that he observed the suspect(s), the first described as 15 years old, thin build, wearing blue jean shorts, the second 25 years old, medium build, conceal $300-$500 worth of clothing in a mesh bag. He confronted the females and identified himself as Loss Prevention at which point the bag was dropped. As the LPO reached down to pick up the bag, the older female pepper sprayed him in the face as they both fled the store. The LPO was treated by BBFR on scene and advised that he would recognize the females were he to see them again. The surveillance footage and precise total of stolen/recovered merchandise will be provided at a later date.

Investigation resulted in the arrest of Tracy Miller for Trafficking in Fentanyl, Poss. of Cocaine, Aggravated Battery, and Resisting Arrest.
19-70197 400 E. BB Blvd- FEC DUI Arrest 2045 Hrs
An adult male was arrested subsequent to a DUI investigation after getting his BMW stuck on the railroad tracks (tow required for removal). FEC stopped train activity until the car was removed, and the male was TOT PBCJ.
