20-000869 Throw Deadly Missile/Occupied Dwelling 1830 Hours NE 15th Ct
BBPD units responded to the area in reference to several calls of shots fired. Units located several shell casings on the roadway just north of the residence. Further investigation revealed that the north side of the residence was struck several times as well as a white Nissan Rogue FL Tag II66JL which was parked in the driveway. No one at the residence was injured.

BBPD units responded to shots fired in the area. Nothing located.
20-000778 Grand Theft Auto SE 1st St 0912hrs
The complainant advised that during the overnight hours unknown suspect(s) stole her 2015 Silver Ford (FL-tag JHBF74) from the driveway of her residence. The vehicle was likely left unsecured with the keys in the center console.
20-000664 Stolen Vehicle NE 3rd St 1610 hours
2005 White Ford Van FL Tag 1K51WB stolen between 1/3/20 at 1600 hours and 1/4/20 1600 hours.
20-000469 1629 hours Failed to Stop NW 10th Ave and NW 3rd St
CRT units attempted to stop a Blue BMW convertible. Vehicle was reported stolen out of Boca Raton. Vehicle refused to stop and the attempt was terminated. The vehicle was later observed driving by NIU units but later lost visual of the vehicle. Vehicle was found abandoned. Units were able to identify the driver; charges pending for fleeing and eluding and driving with a license suspended.
20-000781 1722 hours Shoplifting in Progress 4770 N Congress (Publix)
Three unknown B/F attempted to walk out of the store with several items. Store manager stopped the suspects at the exit. At that time, one of the suspects sprayed O/C spray in the manger’s face and fled leaving the items in an unknown direction. The store was evacuated due to exposure and several patrons were treated by BBFD.
20-000493 1908 hours DUI Arrest 101 NW 13th Ave
Units responded reference to a traffic crash. The driver W/M Kyle Kammerdiener (DOB 9/13/1999) was found to be under the influence. He was later arrested and TOT to PBCJ.
20-000502 1956 hours Warrant Arrest 2400 N Seacrest Blvd
CRT units conducted a traffic stop at the above location. The driver B/M Mitchell Benjamin (DOB 1/29/92) was found to have an active warrant. TOT PBCJ.
20-000853 2130 hours Shots Fired Zone 1
Units in the area heard approx. 8-10 gunshots in the vicinity of zone 1. Area was checked with negative results.
20-000369 Burglary (Auto) x 7 Lancaster Rd 0821hrs
The complainant advised that during the overnight hours unknown suspect(s) burglarized her 2018 Acura (FL-tag DPMS49. The vehicle was left unsecured and the only item missing was approx. $20 in loose change. As officers were investigating this burglary, several other residents approached them advising that their vehicles were also burglarized. A total of 7 vehicles were burglarized, all having been left unsecured by the owners. Notable items taken in the burglaries included a .32 caliber Lorcin pistol, which was entered into NCIC/FCIC.
20-000419 Burglary (Auto) 2600 S Federal Hwy (Jaycee Park) 1244hrs
The victim advised that; while at the park with her children, she witnessed a black male suspect burglarize her 2015 Jeep (FL-tag 671QKD). She explained that a silver Dodge Durango pulled next to her vehicle in the parking lot. She heard the window break and as she turned to look she observed a black male with long dread locks wearing a gray hooded sweat reach into her vehicle and remove her purse. The suspect got into the passenger seat and the vehicle fled the park north bound. A search of the tag showed it to be registered out of St. Petersburg to an older white male. The purse contained $50.00 cash and credit cards.
20-000291 Retail Theft 650 N. Congress Ave 1821 hours
Officers were dispatched to Target to investigate a shoplifting incident. As a result, the officers arrested two juveniles for stealing merchandise from the store. The juveniles were later turned over to their parents.
20-000187 Criminal Mischief 1020 W. Industrial Ave. 0614hrs.
Unknown suspect(s) entered the parking area at approximately 2125hrs on 01/01/2020 and caused damage to one of the businesses vehicles.
20-000208 Motor Vehicle Theft 1210 Old Boynton Rd. 1000hrs.
2001 tan Jeep Cherokee, Fl tag 7678TG, was stolen from the parking area during the evening.
20-000232 Warrant Arrest (Adult) 3200 S. Congress Ave. 1158hrs.
Patrick McFadden was arrested for a Violation of Probation warrant, he was turned over to PBSO Main Jail.
20-000234 Burglary (Auto) Chapel Hill Blvd. 1153hrs.
Firearm was taken from the vehicle, however, it is unknown if the crime occurred in Boynton Beach or Ft. Lauderdale.
20-000132 300 NW 10Th Ave THI Crash 1754 Hrs 
An adult male driving recklessly on a dirt bike crashed into a BMW SUV at approximately 45mph, and was thrown over 35 feet upon impact. He was transported to DMC as a trauma alert. Other dirt bike and ATV riders continued to drive recklessly throughout the area.
20-000155 Sara Sims Park Affray 1942 Hrs
All available units spent several hours containing and dispersing a crowd of about 400 at the park. There were numerous fights, several people pepper sprayed, reports of firearms, one arrest, and several hundred pounds of trash and bottles left in the park once the area was finally cleared.
20-000160 Seaborne Cove Burglary Arrest X2 2245 Hrs
Two adults were observed breaking into vehicles within the neighborhood. Officers were quickly able to detain the subjects as they attempted to flee. They were positively identified, arrested, and TOT the PBCJ.

Unknown suspect(s) entered victim’s vehicle via passenger door which was left open. No items noted as missing, however, damage to the vehicle’s paint was discovered. It is unknown if the damage was caused by a projectile or caused by the suspect(s).

2000 Ford Explorer was located by the vehicle owner in the driveway of the residence, per notes in the stolen vehicle hit PBSO was notified and sent the assigned Detective who took over the investigation.

Structure Fire origin on the second floor bedroom. BBPD and BBFD responded to the scene. All occupants (5 adults/1 dog) were safely removed from the residence. Red Cross responded to the residence to provide assistance to the family.

13 year old victim was taken to the hospital by BBFD for alcohol poisoning. W/F Megan Macdonald was charged with 1 count of Child Neglect. DCF was contacted and the children were placed with a family member.
