Donald Willie was once again arrested for trespass after warning at Barnes and Noble after being found aggressively panhandling. He was TOT the PBCJ.
20-3758 E Industrial Burglary Arrest 2226 Hrs
A worker next door observed an adult female burglarize (shattered windows) two vehicles in the parking lot. The worker called 911 and confronted the female with a legal handgun, and she fled the area in a black Chevy pickup truck. The truck was located in the 2600 block of South Seacrest, and a felony stop was conducted. She was positively identified on scene and arrested for two counts of burglary and one count of child neglect, as it was found that she had a toddler present during the commission of the aforementioned crimes. DCF responded; TOT the PBCJ.
20-003599 Recovered Vehicle Other Jurisdiction 3600 Quantum Blvd. 0254hrs.
Officers responding to a suspicious person call were alerted to a 2017 Honda Accord in the parking lot. The vehicle had been reported stolen out of Deerfield Beach.

Both vehicles entered were left unsecured.
20-003616 Retail Theft WalMart 3200 Old Boynton Rd. 0750hrs.
Jacob Shively was arrested after attempting to steal a backpack and clothing from the business.
20-003632 Burglary (Auto) 600 E. Boynton Beach Blvd. 0852hrs.
Unknown suspect(s) smashed the front window of victim’s vehicle and stole property from within.
20-003659 Burglary (Occupied Dwelling), Auto Theft Stonehaven Dr. 1157hrs.
Samuel Choisie entered the apartment and stole keys to a rented 2019 Dodge van, Fl tag KCBJ47 then left the area. It should be noted that Samuel does not live at the apartment and does not have any permission to utilize the vehicle. The apartment was occupied at the time of the burglary.
20-003491 Burglary Structure SE 27th Avenue 1500 hours
Victim’s bicycle and dust broom were taken by unknown individual(s) sometime between the hours of 2100 and 220 on 1/18/2020. Both of the items were taken from the front car port of her residence.
20-003543 Burglary Auto 630 E Ocean Avenue 2026 hours
W/F Katherine Hyatt (8/11/66) was charged with Resisting arrest W/O Violence, processed and tot to PBCJ after she opened the unsecured front driver side door of a vehicle owned by an employee “wheel booter” for Elite Comp Services while he was securing another vehicle. Hyatt entered the vehicle and began to rummage through the center console without permission.

20-003594 Burglary in Progress 141 W Woolbright Rd 0146 hours
Victim contacted BBPD while he “laid eyes” on a suspect that appeared to be “shopping around” in his garden center. The female suspect was picked up on surveillance camera after she parked her vehicle on the east side of the building near the rehab center next door. BBPD units arrived on scene and the female suspect was taken into custody.
20-003461 Police Assist (DBPD) NW 4th St 1233hrs
Officers were conducting an extra patrol at Cherry Hill Market when Officer A. Vargas observed a silver Oldsmobile (FL-tag Z00ITG) traveling westbound on NW 12th Ave. He recalled that the vehicle matched the description of a BOLO out of Delray Beach PD. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the four occupants. DBPD responded to the scene and took two of the occupants into custody in reference to their case.

While conducting an investigation at the above location (ref. 20-003479) it was discovered that w/m Brett Richards had a warrant for his arrest for Grand Theft. He was taken into custody without incident and tot PBCJ.

The victim advised that sometime yesterday evening an unknown suspect removed items from her carport. Taken were a blue Mongoose mountain bike and a broom.

20-003303 Burglary 81 Sandpiper Way 1833 hours
Unknown individuals entered the garage and absconded with a bicycle while the homeowners were inside the residence. The victim advised the garage had been left open and the bicycle was removed just prior to 1840 hours. The bicycle was a 12 speed Schwinn (white, black with pink handle bars).
20-003183 Burglary (Auto) NE 14th Ave 0914hrs
The complainant advised that during the overnight hours unknown suspect(s) burglarized her 2016 Nissan (FL-tag EATR81). The vehicle was parked in the driveway of the residence, unsecured, and the victim’s purse ($30) was removed from the interior. The purse contained several credit cards, a check book, and her FL D/L.
20-003236 Grand Theft Auto Quantum Lakes Dr 1245hrs
The complainant advised that during the overnight hours unknown suspect(s) removed her 2017 Ford Mustang (FL-tag LWNP07) from the driveway of her residence. The vehicle was left unsecured however the victim said to have both sets of keys.
20-2892 Caloosa Park Burglary Auto X2 1943 Hrs
Suspect(s) shattered windows to make entry into two vehicles that had valuables and bags in plain view. Cash, baseball equipment, and a laptop were stolen.
20-2935 3410 Quantum Lakes Dr Loiter/Prowl X2 0127 Hrs
Two males (one adult, one juvenile) were spotted in the area behaving suspiciously. They were found to be in possession of a backpack full of various tools, and had no reasonable explanation as to what they were doing in the area, as neither live near there or could name any residents. They were arrested for loitering and prowling. The adult was TOT PBCJ, and the juvenile released to a parent. As of now, no area burglaries have been reported.
