19-12268 Disturbance/Trespass Warning 125 E Ocean Ave 0908 hours
Units responded to the above location in reference to a B/M yelling and threatening the construction workers in the area. It was also alleged that he was using racial slurs toward the caller. Officers made contact with B/M Orr, Tory who was highly agitated and screaming at officers. Orr was advised that he was no longer allowed on the property. Orr advised he understood but left the area screaming at officers.

W/M Robert Klen was arrested for DUI after investigation revealed he was control his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Klen refused a breath sample. TOT PBCJ.

BBPD dispatch received a call of shots fired in the area of Grove Rd. BBPD officers assisted with a perimeter at the request of PBSO.
