Officers responded to the above address reference a CLS call. On arrival, officers located the patient who was unresponsive and not breathing. The patient was cold to the touch and lividity had set in. BBFR deemed the patient deceased. There was evidence of narcotics and paraphernalia near the patient. Detective Bureau and Crime scene responded to the scene.

19-052327 Carjacking – Delayed W MLK Jr Blvd 1845 hours
Victim reported that on September 4th 2019, he attempted to purchase narcotics in the area of 100 W MLK Jr Blvd. While attempting this transaction, the victim reported approximately 15 people attacked him and forcefully removed him from his motorcycle. The subjects took his cellphone and drove away in his motorcycle. Victim delayed in reporting this incident because he then went to check himself into rehab. Motorcycle is described as a red 2017 Honda CBR500 with unknown temp tag attached.

Officer C. Rivera and OIT Gomez conducted a traffic stop on a 2009 gray Honda Accord. Officers made contact with the driver, Davidson Auguste and the passenger, Vedlens Cineas. During the traffic stop, cocaine and Xanax pill were located on both occupants. Auguste and Cineas were arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Controlled substance without a prescription. TOT PBCJ
