Over the summer, Animal Cruelty Investigator Liz Roehrich rescued Linny from a backyard on Northeast 13th Avenue. On Jan. 8, the man who claimed ownership of Linny, Efrem Lavell Washington, 35, of Boynton Beach, was arrested and charged with cruelty to animals.
