Boynton Beach Police Chief Michael G. Gregory announces the arrest tonight of a man in connection with a shooting on Christmas that left one man dead and four others injured.
Juan Harris, 22, was taken into custody earlier this evening by West Palm Beach Police at 2121 N. Tamarind Ave. We thank them for their assistance.
“We commend and thank the witnesses who came forward to provide information to help bring this individual to justice,” Chief Gregory said. “I pray this helps start the healing process for the victim’s loved ones.”
Harris is charged with first degree murder with a firearm and three counts of aggravated battery with a firearm. He will be taken to the Palm Beach County Jail. The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
