16-066100 1822 hours 407 NE 2nd St. Suspicious Incident/Shots Fired
2016 Mazda 3 was found alongside the roadway with multiple bullet holes in the front windshield. Investigation revealed that unknown person or person(s) fired through the back window which was shattered, striking the front dashboard and windshield. In plain view was a jar of Marijuana and a gun holster. There were no witnesses or victims located. The vehicle was towed back to BBPD and held as evidence in the event a victim was found at a later time.
16-65979 0312 hours Shooting into Occupied Dwelling 113 Meadows Cir
BBPD units responded to 113 Meadows Cir in reference to a call of shots fired. Upon arrival, Officers found (4) .380 shell casings in the parking area. One projectile went through the front door of the residence, and through two different walls. There were no injuries reported and no suspect information.
16-65944 1925 hours Suspicious Incident 3200 Old Boynton Road
Officers responded to a witness report of an armed male entering Walmart. A short time later, an unknown subject called 911 stating that he is inside Walmart, armed with two handguns, and he is going to start killing people inside the store. A perimeter was set and the store evacuated. SWAT responded and subsequently cleared the business with negative results for anyone hiding inside. The case will be referred to the Detective Bureau for further follow up.
16-65857 Burglary 1108 Mahogany Dr 1008hrs
Officers responded to the report of a burglary. Victim reported going to sleep at 0130hrs and discovered several electronic items missing this morning. Entry made via sliding door. Suspect blood evidence collected.
16-65874 Stolen Veh Recovery 2100 N. Seacrest 1220hrs
Officer Whitefield observed a traffic infraction. Before initiating a traffic stop the driver ran a stop sign and a passenger bailed from the vehicle. A records check revealed the vehicle was stolen from PBSO jurisdiction16-150716. The driver fled the traffic stop and bailed out of the vehicle after the vehicle was disabled by a light pole (in the area of 100 NE 19th Ave). The suspect was apprehended by a Good Samaritan and Officer Whitefield at the rear of the residence adjacent to the disabled vehicle. FPL responded, Suspect medically cleared t.o.t. PBCJ. 16-065804 2245 hours Mall 801 N. Congress Ave. AOD BBFR
BBFR responded reference heavy smoke coming from the roof inside the food court. It was determined a wire was burning which caused minor damage. No injuries reported.
16-065812 0017 hours 2219 NE 1st Lane Burglary Residence/Cat Type
Owner/victim entered the kitchen and found an unknown white male standing near the door. The male took flight through the house. The victim’s boyfriend then chased the suspect across N. Seacrest Blvd where he lost sight of him. Units located a male who matched the description of the suspect riding a bicycle in the 2500 block of N. Seacrest. A K-9 search of the area completed, however Officers were unable to locate the suspect. The investigation continues at this time as Officers are trying to identify suspect through a photo line-up.

Sometime between 11-24-16 at 2100hrs and today at 0900hrs, unknown suspect took victim’s 2016 4D, Silver Honda Civic (FL/YI18R) from the driveway. Key fob was left in the cup holder.
16-065506 0132hrs L&P and Resisting arrest without violence 3441 Ocean Parkway
Officers responded to 3441 Ocean Parkway in reference to an anonymous caller stating they observed 2 B/Ms entering the backyard of the residence with bolt cutters. As Officers were establishing a perimeter Officer Roedel observed a B/M jumping fences through backyards. A track was conducted and while K9 was tracking, officers observed a H/M later identified as Anthony Hernandez concealing himself behind a pole in the backyard of 271 East Atlantic Drive. After remaining concealed in that spot for several minutes, the male finally yielded to officers commands, and exited the yard on his own accord where he was taken into custody. Hernandez was TOT PBCJ.

Victim stated that she was walking on Old Boynton Rd at approximately 0400hrs when a B/M subject rode up behind her on a BMX style bicycle and stole her purse from her arm. Suspect not located, delay in reporting.
