Officers met with the victim who reported that their conveyance was burglarized.

Officer Shepaum arrested W/F Joann Mauriello for DUI. Mauriello was TOT’d to PBCJ.
15-027821 Shots Fired 1213 NW 4th St
Officers responded to the area in ref. to multiple shots fired at above location. Upon arrival in the area, approx. 15 shell casings (.40 caliber) were found in the roadway. No suspects were located and no property damage was observed. Casings were collected by officers on scene and submitted into evidence. Local hospitals were checked yielding negative results.
15-027284 Shots Fired 100 NW 10th Ave
While officers were still on scene at the above location finishing the investigation, approx. 4-5 shots were heard to the east. Units checked the area, however, no suspects were located and no property damage was observed. Local hospitals were checked yielding negative results.
15-027828 Warrant Arrest 100 NW 6th Ave
As units were checking the area in regard to the previously mentioned shots fired call, Ofc. Castro observed a silver in color, convertible, BMW occupied by three b/m’s that was leaving the area at a high rate of speed and driving in circles in the area as if lost. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the front passenger, b/m, Allen German (DOB: 03.23.84). When asked if there was anything illegal in the car or that officers needed to know about, German advised he had a gun in his backpack; a HighPoint, .45 caliber, semi-auto handgun was located with 6 rounds in the magazine and one chambered. An F/NCIC check of records revealed German had an FTA warrant. German was taken to BBPD, processed, and later TOT the PBCJ. The firearm was placed into evidence for safekeeping and did not appear to be related to the previous shots fired calls for service.
15-26859 1215hrs Filling a False Police Report NW 14th Ave
Contact was made with Marlene Dubos who began telling Officer Sohn she filed a report earlier in the week (06/16/2015) and advised she lied when making the report. The original report found Marlene’s sworn written statement completed. Marlene was placed under arrest for filling a false police report and TOT PBCJ.

Officers met with the victim who reported a shooting into their occupied dwelling.
15-027566 Theft 501 E. Gateway Blvd. 0735hrs
Officers responded to the above location in ref. to a theft. The victim stated that unknown suspects took her ladder and a few large trees. A trail was found however it stopped a few feet from the residence.
15-027577 Vandalism Auto 711 Meadows Cir.0952hrs
Officers responded to the above area in ref. to a vandalism to auto. Victim advised the suspect he knows punctured a tire on his car with her ear ring. The victim signed a refusal to prosecute.
15-27354 0952hrs Burglary to Structure Ne2nd Ct
Contact was made with victim who advised that in between the hours of 1700 on 6/18/15 and 0900hrs on this date, an unknown person entered the above vacant residence and removed construction material. He stated that he is renovating the above home and left some material at the home during the night. He stated that upon entering the home, he observed a 5 gallon bucket of ceiling paints ($130.00 loss) and other misc. hardware ($50.00 loss) missing from the home. He was unable to advise how the suspect(s) entered the home due to no visible forced entry.
