15-015760 Possession of Paraphernalia 2821 S. Federal Highway (Homing Inn)
Officer Esteves made contact with W/M Stapleford, Hunter L. (32 YOA); as he was occupying a Red 2001 Mercedes in the parking lot of the aforesaid location. Stapleford voluntarily surrendered his crack pipe after being seen using such apparatus to smoke cocaine. Stapleford was charged accordingly and subsequently released with a Notice to Appear.
15-015764 Warrant Arrest 3300 block S. Federal Highway
Officer Esteves made contact with B/M Moses, Kevin (26 YOA), during a traffic stop at the aforesaid location. A complete records check revealed that Moses had an active/extraditable warrant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania – warrant was issued for Violation of Probation – Fraud. Moses was subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.
15-015806 Shots Fired/Suspicious Incident 1300 block SW 27th Place
Officers responded to the aforesaid location to a report of shots fired; however, after a canvas of the area and check of the local medical facilities – the incident was reclassified to a suspicious incident until such time additional information can be gleaned.
15-015819 Loitering and Prowling/CCW 2500 block of NE 1st Court (VRG)
Officer Gorfido, in collaboration with Officer Garofalo, having a well-founded concern that a crime was afoot, arrested B/M Charles, Sony (23 YOA); who was seen loitering in/around several parked vehicles at the aforesaid location. A thorough investigation revealed that Charles did not have a lawful rationale or cause to be in this particular area. Search post arrest gleaned that Charles was in possession of a concealed knife on/about his person. Charles was charged accordingly and subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.
15-015711 0911hrs Stolen Vehicle (Scooter) NE 4th Ct
Victim stated that sometime between 0700hrs and 0800hrs today, an unknown suspect took his 2013 black Gorilla GM 49cc scooter without his permission. The scooter was parked in front of the home near the front door. Tag was attached. Vehicle entered into NC/FCIC as stolen
15-015729 1231hrs Burglary Fenced Compound Diane Drive
Victim stated that sometime between 04-08-15 at 1000hrs and today at 1230hrs, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s fenced back yard and took a Pentair Pool Pump valued at $350 without his permission.
15-015504 Open Container 1005 N. Seacrest Blvd. (Z Mart)
Officer James arrested B/M Andrews, Damien T. (22 YOA), after a succinct investigation revealed that Andrews was in possession of an open container of a beverage containing alcohol. Andrews was charged accordingly and subsequently released with a Notice to Appear.
15-015509 Disorderly Conduct/Intoxication 400 block of NE 17th Avenue
Officer Roedel arrested B/M Pruitt, Joseph, after a thorough investigation revealed that Pruitt decided that 2:00 a.m. was a good time to start a confrontation with his child’s mother; by banging on the windows and doors of her residence. It was gleaned that Pruitt had consumed alcohol over the course of the evening; resulting in a behavior that disrupted the citizenry of Boynton Beach. Pruitt was charged accordingly and subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.
15-015601 DWLS/Possession of Marijuana w/ Intent 400 block W. Boynton Beach Blvd.
Officer James, in collaboration with Officer Roedel arrested B/M Gousse, Donovyn (22 YOA) and W/F Andrews, Francisca (19 YOA), after a succinct investigation revealed that Gousse did not find the opportunity to obtain a drivers’ license prior to driving a motor vehicle. After Gousse was arrested for never having a drivers’ license and in preparation to tow the vehicle; Gousse was in possession of 1.4 grams of marijuana. Further inventory of the vehicle revealed that within Andrews’ purse was 13.8 grams of marijuana and paraphernalia – packaged in a manner consistent with selling. Gousse was charged accordingly and subsequently released with a Notice to Appear. Andrews was charged accordingly and subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-015629 Grand Theft Auto – delayed 2000 block S. Federal Highway
Officers met with victim, who reported that an unknown person stole his Tan 1999 Dodge Intrepid 4 door bearing FL E353HS, from the aforesaid location. It should be noted that officers recovered a stolen Tan 2000 Chrysler Cirrus 4 door bearing FL DHGB35, at the same location.
15-015638 Possession of Cocaine/Heroin 1200 block N. Seacrest Blvd.
Officer Webster, in collaboration with Officer Roedel arrested W/M Laubsch, Zachary (22 YOA), after a traffic stop for an equipment violation; Laubsch voluntarily surrendered his crack/cocaine and heroin to officers. Laubsch was charged accordingly and subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.
15-015527 0751hrs. Theft of tag 111 MINER Road
Officer made contact with victim who advised that an unknown person removed his FL tag F761XZ from his 1999 gray Nissan Pathfinder. Victim was unable to provide any suspect information. The tag and decal were entered F/NCIC as stolen.
15-015528 0802 hrs. Veh. Burglary delayed Wood Fern Dr.
Officer met with victim stated that sometime between 0200 hours and 0730 hours on this date an unknown subject entered his beige 2013 Kia, FL tag BGE-Q15, through a partially rolled down passenger side window and removed a handgun. The gun was a Smith and Wesson 380 Bodyguard, serial number EBS6383/model the vehicle was negative from latent and the gun was entered into NCIC/FCIC as stolen.
15-01559 1323 hrs. Theft of tag NE 4th Street
Officer made contact with victim who advised that an unknown person removed his FL tag 058QBQ from his GRN 4DR TOY F761XZ. Victim was unable to provide any suspect information. The tag and decal were entered F/NCIC as stolen.
15-015414 Residential Burglary SW 8th Court
Officers met with F (53 YOA), who reported that after coming home from visiting her frail mother; she confronted an unwanted person (described as a thin build H/M with dark hair wearing a painter’s jumpsuit/coverall); who was standing in her living room. The unwanted invitee distracted her by telling her that there was a fire at the rear of the residence. After confirming that the allegation of a fire was a diversion; the unknown suspect he was last seen leaving the area in a Silver mini-van with a temporary (paper) tag. After a brief inventory it appears that the unknown person(s) rummaged through her personal belongings; however, nothing was reported missing as of this writing.
15-015419 Residential Burglary – Delayed Manor Forest Lane
Officers met with F (58 YOA), who reported that sometime on April 10th, an unknown person(s) forced entry into her residence. After entry, the unknown person(s) rummaged through her personal belongings – stole miscellaneous electronics/etc.
15-015420 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed 2800 High Ridge Road (Tri-Rail)
Officers met with victim who reported that after parking his vehicle – described as a 2000 While Jeep Grand Cherokee; an unknown person(s) smashed the passenger side window, hence gaining access inside his vehicle. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole several electronics (i.e. radio/etc.) from therein.
15-015422 Assault on LEO/Obstruction/Possession of Marijuana NE 20th Avenue
Officer Vargas arrested B/M Nathan Cius; after a thorough investigation revealed that Cius attempted to lure/entice JUVENILE 12 YOA to the rear of a nearby vacant residence. Post Miranda, Cius apologized for his behavior; however, stated that he wanted to speak with her regarding renting the house. In the process of arresting Cius, he attempted to head-butt and defeat officers control by pulling away and tensing his arms. A search of Cius’ person revealed .6 grams of marijuana. Cius was charged accordingly and transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.
15-015444 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed 2010 N. Federal Highway
Officers met with M (50 YOA), who reported that after parking his vehicle – described as a 2006 While Ford F250; an unknown person(s) damaging the door locking mechanism, hence gaining access inside his vehicle. Once entry was made the unknown person(s) stole ten dollars in currency and a red pocket knife from therein.
15-015449 Vehicle Burglary – Delayed 1000 block Arezzo Circle
Officers met with F (33 YOA), who reported that after parking her vehicle, at the aforesaid location, she did not lock her vehicle – described as a 2011 Blue Honda Pilot; resulting in an unknown person(s) opening the unsecure door and stealing her North Face® dufflebag w/ contents.
15-015488 Criminal Mischief 69 Landau Street
Officer McCaffrey arrested B/M Maurice Alvarado, after a thorough investigation revealed that Alvarado became distraught when the repo man was towing his 2005 BMW. Alvarado intentionally drove the repossessed vehicle off of the tow truck’s wheel lift causing $1000.00 in damages to the tow truck. Alvarado was released with a Notice to Appear (NTA.)
15-015398 Narcotics 2037 High Ridge Road 1320hrs
Narcotics Investigation Unit Agents arrested Patrick J. Rameau (b/m, 12/21/89) after he delivered heroin. Rameau attempted to flee the scene in his vehicle upon seeing a K-9 unit approach. Rameau struck the front push bumper of BBPD vehicle #4921 and spun out, disabling his car. He was taken into custody without further incident. No injuries were reported by anyone on the scene. The police vehicle suffered minor damage, but was allowed to remain in service. Rameau was charged with Possession of Heroin with Intent to Sell, Sale of Heroin, Aggravated Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, and Driving while License is Suspended/Cancelled/Revoked. Rameau was booked into the PB County Jail.
