14-050566 Warrant Arrest 2821 S. Federal Highway (Homing Inn)
Officer James made contact with B/M Joachim, Rudy, after getting into a verbal disturbance at the above location. A complete record check revealed two (2) active warrants: (1) Aggravated Assault w/ a Firearm and (2) Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon. After Joachim was processed, he was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.

14-050572 Uttering a Forged Instrument 100 N. Congress Ave. (BB&T)
Officer Webster arrested W/M Bendl, David, after a thorough and detailed investigation revealed that Bendl was attempting to cash a fraudulent check in the amount of $971.28. Afterwards, Bendl was processed; he was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.

14-050574 Shots Fired/Suspicious Incident1602 SW 19th Drive
Officers responded to the aforesaid location to a report of shots fired; however, after a canvas of the area and check of the local medical facilities – the incident was reclassified to a suspicious incident until such time additional information can be gleaned.

14-050596 Traffic Crash w/ Serious Bodily Injury W. Gateway Blvd/Knight Road
Officers responded to the above location regarding a traffic crash involving a vehicle versus a bicyclist. After Boynton Beach Fire Rescue (BBFR) declared the bicyclist a trauma alert; Traffic Homicide Investigating Officers and Crime Scene was notified to investigate and document the incident. Patrol Officers assisted with crime scene preservation and traffic control. The media was notified of the road closure, via the Office of Media Relations. As of this writing, the roadway has since reopened and traffic is moving freely.

14-050607 Possession of Cocaine/Paraphernalia 2208 N. Seacrest Blvd.
Officer Spence made contact with driver, W/M Steinberg, Chase M., during a traffic stop of a Silver Toyota bearing PA JNY7643, for a traffic infraction. After establishing a probable cause search; Steinberg was in possession of crack cocaine and an apparatus to smoke such. Steinberg was charged accordingly and later transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, without incident.

14-050489 0838hrs Burglary (Auto) 1499 High Ridge Rd
Two vans were burglarized sometime between 11-11-14 at 1800hrs and todays date. Nothing taken, but entry was gained.

14-050509 1015hrs Burglary (Auto) 111 NE 17th Ave.
Victim stated that between 11-12-14 at 1915hrs and todays date unknown suspect(s) entered his vehicle and removed property from within.
