Officers responded to Target and arrested Ami Casper after it was revealed that Casper stole merchandise from the store. Casper was also found to be in possession of illegal narcotics. Casper was processed at BBPD and later turned over to the PBCJ.
19-066745 Burglary (Auto) x 2 NE 1stCt. 0627hrs.
Unknown suspect(s) entered two (2) unsecured vehicles, stealing property from one and rummaging through the other.
19-066775 Theft Other (License Plate) Orange St. 0926hrs.
Fl tag JKBE48 was stolen from victim’s rental vehicle overnight.
19-066777 Theft Quantum Blvd. 0932hrs.
Victim advised that she had an argument with a friend of a friend who then left the room. Soon after the victim attempted to locate her keys, however, they were missing, believed to be stolen.
19-066780 Battery, Obstruct Officer NE 11thAve. 0951hrs.
Officers responded to the location in reference to a battery. The victim stated that she was slapped and hit by the suspect. Officers attempted to identify the suspect, however, he refused to identify himself or produce any identification. Officers attempted to place the suspect under arrest, he resisted Officers and was taken into custody after tensing his arms and flailing his legs did not deter the arrest efforts. He was later identified as Josue Louis, processed for the charges of Battery and Obstruction and transported to PBSO Main Jail.

19-066830 Fight/ Obstruct Officer 202 SE 1st Ave. 1438hrs.
Based on investigation four (4) subjects were arrested after refusing to cooperate.
19-066679 Susp. Inc. Shots Fired S. congress Ave 2136 hours
Officers responded to a disturbance at the above address. The caller told dispatchers that an unknown person was banging on her residence’s door. The caller said when she refused to answer the door, she heard a loud bang she believed to be a gunshot. The officers inspected the exterior of the apartment and did not find any physical evidence of a shooting. It was unknown if the loud noise was related to the unknown person who knocking on the caller’s door.
19-066733 Susp. Inc. Shots Fired NW 4th St / NW 12th Ave 0209 hours
Officers were conducting an unrelated investigation near the above address when they heard multiple gunshots echoing from the area. Several officers flooded the area in search of a shooting victim and/or suspects. The officers did not locate any victims, witnesses, or any physical evidence of a shooting. Dispatchers did not receive any calls from nearby residents about the gunshots. Area hospitals were notified and instructed to contact BBPD about any potential victims of GSW.

Units responded to the area in reference to a call of two gunshots, no evidence or witnesses located.

Victim advised that unknown suspect(s) stole his 2015 Yamaha F2-09, yellow in color, Fl tag MIAS85, sometime between 0001 and 0500hrs today.

Kenson Desir was arrested for trespassing when he was observed in the carport of the residence.

Units responded to the area in reference to several reports of shots fired in the area. Upon arrival Officers located a vehicle with obvious damage as well as damage to the outside wall of one of the buildings. Ongoing investigation.

Two suspects were arrested after attempting to steal property from the business.
19-066589 Theft (Mail/ Packages) SW 8th Ave. 1414hrs.
Units responded to the area in reference to a group of juveniles stealing packages from front doors. Possible suspect(s) identified.
19-066378 Armed Burglary Meadows Circle 1631 hours
Officers responded to the above location in reference to a delayed burglary to an auto. The officers met with the victim who explained that a handgun was stolen from her vehicle. The victim said the gun was left in the vehicle’s glove compartment when it was stolen. The victim said the interior of the vehicle was ransacked and nothing else was taken from the vehicle.

Officers were dispatched to the above address in response to a burglary. The victim said he was reviewing the business’ video surveillance when he noticed an unknown person stealing mail from the business. The victim said the unknown person entered the property and pried open the mailbox. The suspect then left property in an unknown vehicle.

Units responded to the area in reference to a suspicious person, upon arrival contact was made with Tonie Baker. Investigation revealed a warrant for his arrest.
19-066318 Trespass Arrest 320 N. Congress Ave. 1114hrs.
Donald Willie was arrested again for trespassing after being warned. He was transported to PBSO Main Jail.

Report of several shots fired in the area, no evidence located.
19-066192 Shots Fired/Susp Incident 1521 W. Boynton Beach Blvd 1521 hours
BBPD units responded to the area for a report of shots fired from inside the business. The business was closed and secured. No one was seen inside the business nor was there any evidence of a crime.
19-066218 Robbery/Strong Arm 371 N. Congress Avenue 2344 hours
The victim was walking towards her vehicle when an unknown B/F (medium build, having shoulder length black hair and wearing a mini skirt) attempted to snatch her purse. The female ran north through the parking lot and was believed to leave the area in a minivan.
