Officers attempted to identify the suspect, however, he refused to identify himself or produce any identification. Officers attempted to place the suspect under arrest, he resisted Officers and was taken into custody after tensing his arms and flailing his legs did not deter the arrest efforts. He was later identified as Josue Louis, processed for the charges of Battery and Obstruction and transported to PBSO Main Jail.

The caller said when she refused to answer the door, she heard a loud bang she believed to be a gunshot.
